Elitez EOR uses cookies and similar technologies to deliver our service, understand how you use our site, and improve your experience. This policy explains what cookies are, why we use them, and your options.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small files stored on your device (computer, phone, tablet) when you visit a website. They contain data (like your session ID) that the website can read on future visits. Cookies help websites remember you and personalise your experience.
Types of cookies we use
1. Essential cookies (necessary)
Purpose: Allow you to sign in, maintain your session, and use our platform securely.
Examples:
sb-elitez-sso(Supabase session token) — used for authentication after sign-in
Duration: Session (expires when you close your browser, or 7 days for "Remember me")
Can I disable them? No. These cookies are required for the service to work. If you disable them, you cannot sign in.
2. Analytics cookies (optional, disabled by default)
Purpose: Help us understand how visitors use our site (pages visited, time spent, referrer).
Provider: None currently deployed; future analytics may use a privacy-focused provider (Plausible, Fathom).
Can I opt out? Yes. We do not use third-party analytics by default. If we add them, you will see a clear opt-out option.
3. Functional cookies (optional)
Purpose: Store your preferences (e.g., language, dark mode setting).
Examples:
color_scheme— your theme preference (light/dark)
Duration: 1 year
Can I opt out? Yes. You can clear this cookie in your browser settings; the site will use defaults.
4. Marketing / Third-party cookies
We do not use marketing or third-party tracking cookies. We do not sell data to advertisers or allow Facebook/Google tracking pixels.
Subprocessors
Supabase: Our authentication and database provider. Supabase may set cookies for session management. See Supabase's Privacy Policy for details.
Instarem: Our payment processor. When you are redirected to Instarem to pay, their cookies may be set. See Instarem's privacy terms.
How to control cookies
In your browser
You can control cookies in your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Cookies and other site data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data
- Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Manage Website Data
- Edge: Settings > Privacy, search, and services > Cookies and other site data
Note: Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to Elitez EOR.
Do-Not-Track (DNT)
If your browser sends a Do-Not-Track header, we respect it and do not set analytics cookies.
Pixel tags and similar technologies
We do not use web beacons, pixel tags, or similar tracking technologies on our website.
Local storage and session storage
Our login page uses browser local storage to cache your session ID (for convenience on return visits). This is equivalent to a persistent cookie. You can clear it by clearing your browser's local storage.
Data from cookies
Data collected via cookies (session ID, preferences) is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell cookie data to third parties.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy if we introduce new cookies or change how we use them. We will notify you of material changes via email or by posting the updated policy here.
