Accessibility Statement
Our commitment
Elitez EOR is committed to ensuring our website and platform are accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 (WCAG 2.2) Level AA as the standard for web accessibility.
WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance
Our public pages (home, pricing, calculator, FAQ, contact, legal) are designed to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA requirements:
Perception
- Contrast: Text contrast is at least 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text, against light backgrounds only.
- Color not sole indicator: Information is not conveyed by colour alone.
- Text alternatives: Images have descriptive alt text (e.g., "Elitez Group logo").
Operable
- Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements (links, buttons, inputs) are keyboard operable via Tab, Enter, and arrow keys.
- Focus visible: A visible focus ring (blue outline) shows which element has keyboard focus.
- Skip links: A "Skip to main content" link at the top of each page allows keyboard users to jump past navigation.
- Target size: Buttons and interactive elements are at least 24×24 CSS pixels or have adequate spacing.
- No keyboard traps: Keyboard focus can move into and out of all content areas.
- No auto-playing content: Videos and animations do not autoplay; users control playback.
Understandable
- Language: All pages declare language as "en-SG" (English, Singapore).
- Labels: All form inputs have visible, associated labels.
- Error messages: Form errors are announced and describe the field and the fix (e.g., "Email is required").
- Instructions: Complex interactions (calculators, forms) include clear instructions.
- Readable text: Font sizes are proportional; line spacing is at least 1.5; text is left-aligned.
Robust
- Valid HTML: All pages use semantic, valid HTML5.
- ARIA landmarks: Pages use semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) for screen reader navigation.
- Form inputs: All inputs have proper labels and instructions, including autocomplete hints where appropriate (e.g., "one-time-code" for OTP fields).
- Screen reader support: Content is structured for screen readers; all images, icons, and interactive controls have proper descriptions.
Specific features
OTP field: Our sign-in code field accepts paste (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V) and uses `autocomplete="one-time-code"` so password managers can auto-fill 6-digit codes.
Reduced motion: If your system is set to "Reduce Motion" (prefers-reduced-motion), animations and auto-playing carousels are disabled.
Zoom and text scaling: The site works at 200% zoom without loss of content or functionality (except where technical constraints apply).
Known limitations and exceptions
While we strive for full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, some limitations may exist:
- The CPF calculator uses a `
` input type, which has varying screen reader support across browsers. We provide a clear format hint (YYYY-MM-DD). - The pricing estimator uses form selects and dynamic content updates; screen readers announce updates via ARIA live regions.
- Charts, graphs, or complex data tables on future pages will include descriptions and accessible data tables.
Third-party content
We embed Supabase (authentication) and Instarem (payment). While we work with these providers on accessibility, we cannot guarantee their full compliance. If you encounter barriers with these services, please contact us.
Testing and tools
We test our site using:
- Automated accessibility checkers (axe-core, WAVE)
- Manual testing with keyboard-only navigation
- Screen reader testing (NVDA, JAWS, Safari VoiceOver)
- Contrast ratio verification (WebAIM, Paciello Group)
- Zoom and text scaling at 100%, 150%, and 200%
